Office and warehouse moves — taken apart, moved and set back up by one team.
We decommission your workstations, IT and network equipment, server racks, cabling, furniture and warehouse racking, move it on a labeled inventory, and reinstall it at the new site. Whatever stays behind is wiped, documented and recycled — so the old space is handed back clean.

Who it's for
Built for organizations like yours.
- Offices moving, expanding or downsizing
- Warehouses and distribution sites
- Clinics and medical practices
- Schools and campus departments
- Law, accounting and financial firms
- MSPs and facility managers coordinating a client move
The problem
A move touches every desk, cable and device at once.
- General movers carry boxes, but they don't disconnect, label and reconnect IT and network equipment.
- Your IT team still has to keep the business running while the move is planned.
- Equipment that isn't coming along — old PCs, drives, servers, furniture — gets left in a closet or the dumpster, along with the data on it.
- Coordinating separate vendors for IT, furniture, racking and disposal leads to gaps on move day.
How it works
5 steps, one team.
- 1
Site walkthrough & move plan
We visit both sites, review equipment, floor plans and timing, and agree on what moves, what is replaced and what is retired.
- 2
Labeled inventory
Every workstation, device, rack and furniture item gets a label and a line in a shared inventory tied to its destination at the new site.
- 3
Decommission & disassembly
We power down and disconnect IT and network gear, de-rack servers, pull and bundle cabling, and break down furniture, racking and shelving.
- 4
Move-day coordination
Packing, loading and transport are sequenced against the plan, so equipment arrives in the order it needs to be installed.
- 5
Reinstall, test & clear out
We set up desks and workstations, re-rack and reconnect equipment, and verify it powers on. Anything left behind is wiped, documented and recycled.
What we handle
Everything that has to be unplugged, moved or retired.
Workstations
Desktops, laptops, docks, monitors and peripherals — disconnected, labeled, packed and set back up at the assigned desk.
IT & network gear
Switches, firewalls, access points, printers and phones powered down in order and reconnected at the new site.
Server racks
Servers and rack-mounted equipment de-racked, transported with care and re-racked to your layout.
Cabling
Patch and power cabling removed, bundled and labeled; reconnected and dressed at the new site.
Furniture, racking & shelving
Desks, cubicles, warehouse pallet racking and shelving disassembled, moved and reassembled.
Labeling & inventory
Item-level labels and a shared inventory so you can see what moved, where it went and what was retired.
Move-day coordination
One point of contact sequencing packing, transport and setup — after hours or on weekends if needed.
Setup at the new site
Workstations and equipment installed, connected and powered on so your team can start working.
Data wiping of left-behind equipment
Drives in retired equipment sanitized to NIST 800-88 guidelines, with a certificate per serial number.
Removal & recycling
Retired electronics refurbished where possible and recycled under New Jersey's e-waste law; old furniture removed.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you handle office closures and consolidations too?+
Yes. When an office closes or merges into another location, we decommission everything, move what is being kept to the remaining site, and wipe, document and recycle the rest.
Can the move happen after hours or over a weekend?+
Yes. Most moves are scheduled to minimize downtime, and we plan the sequence so critical systems are back up first.
Do you move warehouse racking and shelving?+
Yes. We disassemble pallet racking and shelving, move it, and reassemble it at the new site to the agreed layout.
What happens to equipment we are not taking with us?+
It is collected under a signed chain-of-custody manifest, every drive is wiped following NIST 800-88 guidelines with a certificate per serial number, and the equipment is refurbished or recycled. Newer equipment may be eligible for payment.
