These terms apply to your use of lshoptech.com and to services provided by Lshop LLC ("LshopTech", "we"). A written quote, service agreement or purchase order signed by both parties takes precedence over these terms.
Services
We provide collection of retired IT equipment, data sanitization, refurbishment and resale, and recycling of non-reusable equipment. Pickup eligibility, timing and any payment for equipment are confirmed in a quote after we review your list or photos.
Quotes and ownership
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the equipment received differs. Ownership of equipment transfers to LshopTech at pickup or delivery, as documented on the signed pickup manifest, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Data on devices
Storage media we receive is sanitized following NIST SP 800-88 guidelines or physically destroyed, and we provide documentation for each processed drive. Please remove any equipment you do not want processed and tell us about devices that require special handling before pickup.
Online shop
Product descriptions, condition grades and prices are shown on each listing. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Questions about an order: sale@lshoptech.com.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LshopTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid under the related quote or order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
