Is pickup really free?+
Yes, for qualifying lots in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Send us a list or photos and we confirm within 24 hours.
Do you pay for equipment?+
For newer equipment in good condition we may offer payment. We quote per unit after reviewing your list or photos.
Is there a minimum quantity?+
We usually pick up from around 10 devices. For smaller lots, contact us and we will find a solution.
What equipment do you accept?+
Laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, monitors, servers, networking gear, tablets, phones and peripherals. Ask us about anything else.
How do you erase data?+
Every hard drive and SSD is sanitized following NIST SP 800-88 guidelines. Drives that cannot be wiped are physically destroyed.
What proof do I get?+
A certificate for every drive with serial number, method and date, plus a full inventory report for your audit file.
Who handles my equipment?+
Our own team, under a signed chain-of-custody pickup manifest from your site to final processing.
